If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. They not only overcharge their customers for services but also cause catastrophic fires from un-maintained lines. Look them up in the dictionary under Greed for Profit
They collect heavy fees so they can pay off our state government. (Newsom) democrat or Republican that should bother you ... That's a fact you can look it up. This why monopolies are bad. This is the worst company with the worst staff on the planet. It's insane how much money they make when their service is below incompetent. I opened an application paid them a $3,000 deposit and heard nothing for a month. I reached out and was told they had everything they needed and would assign a project manager. 2 months later, nothing.
