Great explanation customer service support friendly atmosphere

Sold my EV, switched to energy-efficient lighting, followed all the “green” advice… and ended up with a $1300 higher electricity bill. Love that for me. Saving the planet and going broke — two birds, one stone.
If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. They not only overcharge their customers for services but also cause catastrophic fires from un-maintained lines. Look them up in the dictionary under Greed for Profit
