If they are short staffed they should hire more people. It's bad enough we are paying a lot of money to this monopoly.
This place used to have better customer service. In the last two months, I prefer to mail my bill than to pay in person for that reason. It would also be nice to know in advance that the office will be closed. Not when you’re standing outside , trying to open the door, after seeing another customer inside. Not coming back to make payments in person.
I am one of those people who still pay me bills in person. I love the new location since parking is no longer a problem. The staff are very friendly and courteous every time I'm there. Great bunch if people.
