Evil company.
If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! Apparently you can't speak to anyone over the phone. It's all automated!! It's crazy how a billion dollar company has no one working there! Also the online payment system isn't up to date with my bill. But if I try to call in and pay over the phone, with the automated system they charge me a fee!! Why??? It's not a real person's time!?!?! This is the worst company ever!! If I could switch services I would, but they have monopolized the whole entire system!!
PG&E stopped sending me my physical bill the past few months from the looks of it and are still charging me money when I had it checked to do so for years now and I was forced to look online. It happened on and off 3 to 4 times but totally stopped this time. Now I'm behind in payment. I'm very upset.
I agree with everyone else this is ridiculous why is the power out and why do you think its ok to drill outside in the middle of the night. you people having no braincells are making me lose mine.
