Nice office clean friendly staff quick in and out not to crowded
good luck getting ahold of anyone! trying to schedule a delivery and can't get past the automated answering machine... can't get ahold of them to deliver freight to them i can only imagine how bad the customer service is

Abosutly one of the slimmest companies in California and that's being nice buyer beware they rip you off left and right I'm was gracious giving them one star. We had a issue with identity theft provided them with all information and the refuse to take it off our account and shut us off. Try not to move into their service area which is hard since cpuc let's them control more than half the state.
