I called today and loved the customer service JAVIER ALBA helped me out. He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required he was very friendly upbeat and professional anyone would be lucky to have him as customer service agent.
They are the worst and notifying customers about estimates for when power was shut off. Instead of trimming trees to prevent outages take them down. I am all for saving trees but simply clearing branches is their cost savings strategy. Just cut them down
By far the most inept company I have ever had the dissatisfaction of dealing with.
