PG&E Customer service office is no longer located here on Channel street! Everything is done online now the training center at 3136 Boeing way off Arch Rd informed me. Don't waste your day like I did...
Worst company ever. The state should take over this company to ensure its run right, no rate gouging, and don’t blatantly cause more wildfires. Don’t monitor or maintain their lines, and kill people and devastate forests in the process
Keeps on charging heavy $200-270 even after I closed my account 2 months ago. So difficult to get rid of them, so many outages, and the rates are too high.. we need other suppliers with better rates and customer service..!!
If I could choose another provider I would.
