Hate to say it, but it’s the usual PG&E competence right here. You know, the level of competence that destroyed gas lines, peoples lives and houses. Probably offensive, but I say it how it is, and I’d bet most of their workers are Gen X (I know ~20% of Gen X are good, competent people; which then explains why <10% of Gen Z are good, competent people as well). I tried to call customer service they keep hanging up on me. Thought maybe go to office. After seeing the low review no point of doing that. How do you reach them????they are good in sending u a Bill after 3 years and want their money right away?zero stars at service
