PG&E is the worst.
No respect for first amendment right to film in public.
Seriously the worst. No explanations for outages and they are the reason we should never have monopolies.
The worst customer service. I spoke to an agent who made no efforts to clear up my problem or confusion with my billing issues. Her name is Valerie and she literally read to me what I could see already on my own screen. I think their automatic payment and billing is very messy and has no sense of organization. I pay my bills on the dot every month but sometimes it’ll say that I owe more from the month I already paid. It’s disorganized and right out unprofessional.
