Making us pay more money for their incompetence during the wild fires but still lining their own pockets. Crazy they were bailed out and in return, charge us an arm and a leg.
Kevin recently came to check the hot water heater and stove appliances because they were not working. After he left the hot water heater and stove appliances were both working. Great job thank you for your service.
I called no one ever answers the phone
I didn't really have a good experience with them I believe the man who helped me with the phone either his name was Adam or Abel very cocky over the phone that bill have to be paid in full with a thick accent really couldn't understand him rarely spoke English wasn't no help at all then a lady by the name of Nikki she didn't really have the best customer service very nasty attitude
