Corporate really takes advantage of California residents. Hopefully after newsom is out the people of CA can stand up to these price gouging over charging corporate bullies. Taking advantage of solar powered home owners because you lose out on profit, you charge exorbitant rates and take home egregious pay; Electric infrastructure should be a public utility-not a for profit enterprise
I just tried to pay my bill online and this new AI answering hung up on me three times so PG&E please fix it. I’ll be calling Monday to speak to a real person she won’t ever transfer me to a person because your automated system is dysfunctional and not taking credit card payments today , I literally don’t have an hour to waste on the phone with some broken automated garbage thanks for the super convenience. Happy new year.
