The owners are very kind and gave us an extra bed for free and was able to negotiate on price to help us out. The rooms are very reasonable for the price.
Having no one to care for our puppy, we needed to find pet friendly accommodation with a private fenced off area. Although quite pricey ($265/night) for a motel in the middle of nowhere the pics on their website looked like it would tick the boxes.. |in hindsight I should have spent time to read google and trip advisor reviews and not rely on the website. After at least a dozen phone calls trying to find pet friendly accommodation we came across this fantastic motel. Wow walking into the room it was so clean. Tiled floors with 2 queen beds (very comfortable). Outside was a grassed fenced area for our dog! Nice quiet location. There are several dog friendly rooms with individual yards - fantastic for travellers - thank you we will be back
So shocked that after having booked 2 months ago to attend a very special family occasion, they cancel it a week out because they took a larger booking. How is this even allowed - or moral?? Clearly by reading the other reviews the owners have no idea about the hospitality business. Avoid.
