If you like shopping for antiques, do I have a store for you! Pacific Galleries Antique Mall is HUGE (27,000 square feet), with booths from over 200 antique dealers in a well-lit space with carpets on the floor (carpets are for sale) to cushion your feet. The store is well lit, unlike many antique stores that are so dark and cluttered that you can't see the merchandise. Items are displayed beautifully and the booths have street addresses and numbers to make it easier to find things (example: Laurelhurst Lane #5). There is al... read more

No Thanks The prices are high, the merchandise is tacky, bordering thrift store junk, the help is disorganized and rude, and the place feels very old and run down. With so many places to choose from in the Seattle area, I won't be back. Also the auction house is terrible. They will get you a fraction of what you paid for your item and lost some of my items which were never replaced. Horrible place.

Good help is hard to find This is a huge space with an eclectic mix of things. Every era seems represented. The pricing for individual objects is what you would expect, some items are over-priced based on their condition, lack of rarity and age (not technically antiques, "vintage" would be a more accurate description for many, and "thrifted" describes the rest.) There are some rare, worth the price, pieces not represented in any other type of second hand store in the Seattle area. The prices for these items are consistent wi... read more

Bad Auction House Very disorganized, rude and incompetent staff, lost several of my items, did not auction off items as agreed, mislabeled everything, really bad experience with them.

Dismal Disappointment Pleease, the gallery must be paying people to post these positive reviews for them. I had shopped here several times only to be lied to about what I purchased (had a real assessor clue me in later about their questionable descriptions and prices). The "help" here is completely clueless about the merchandise and will tell you anything just to sell you what you can get for half as much on Ebay. Not to mention the service people are rude, arrogant, inattentive, lazy and outright ignore the customers. It's ... read more

Something has really changed, many many empty spaces possibly lost due to COVID have requested a price on a unmarked item and inquired on another. The girls @ the desk do not seem to care and after leaving my # 3 times have not heard back from anyone. Sad, in the past have Always looked forward to shopping this mall.

I have also been robbed by Pacific Galleries, awful customer service-they seldom reply mails or phone calls, you have to insist a zillion times. Once they sell your item, they give you pennies for it, that is NOT what they said when you talk to them at the beginning nor does it represent the value they post on their site showing the item before the auction. Be very careful, do not consign there. One antique dealer told me "they screw people up". I wish I had listened to what he said. Never again! Class action lawsuit? I am f... read more

I have been basically robbed by Pacific Galleries through false representation, appraisals and finally the selling prices that not only had reserves but also other known appraised items (appraisers outside PG ) that when they agreed with auction price still sold for pennies and some under reserved contracted prices. In addition to bad service from communication to accounting, which leads me to begin a lawsuit and I am looking for anyone that has any information that could serve as witness / evidence. Thank you
