Had a sectional built by them 3 years ago. Paid ALOT around $6000 for our second home that we only use for about 4/5 months out of the year and little did I know that when we went to remove cushion clovers to clean them, the foam has ZERO covering. My Pottery Barn sectional and all other sofas thus far had covers over the foam. The pillow cushions are also terrible and wrong sized- stuffed with foam on the sides because they were done incorrectly. See photos. Horrible experience low quality furniture and customer service And yes I have purchased my furniture from you. My chairs squeak every time someone sits in them, the couch has sunk ridiculously low and it’s constantly losing its feathers.
