I personally know the owner he’s a very hard working kind man and gets the job done and right
Horrible customer service. Almost as if I was bothering her. I offered to pay an extra $1k for emergency oil. She said she would’ve come to a Long Island town literally right next to me (in queens) but not to my house no matter how much extra I paid. Seems like horrible business practice l.. even more horrible when they could’ve got tone of their drivers an extra $500 for coming out like I offered.
