So I just had a great experience with this company. I’m a 24/7 caregiver to my FIL who has late stages of dementia who got a call from this company about verifying someone completely different who also has mental issues themselves. They couldn’t verify by talking to her so they call FIL. Really? You can’t verify from the actual account holder so you call a third party who can’t even verify his own accounts. There is something shady with this company.
Used this service satisfactorily for years. No problem with response, service, or upgrades.
Recently moved and ended my service with Pacific Foreaight. They had to pick up the cellular communicator. They were unable to disable my alarm remotely so it wouldn’t incessantly “beep” after this was removed and said they’d charge me $100 for a service call. I argued with them and said it seemed ridiculous for them to charge me for something that should have been free (since they couldn’t do it remotely) especially considering that the system will continuously beep. I was a customer for 15+ years, until today. I had a bad experience last year at renewal which was resolved but yet again this year Pacific Foresight Security has demonstrated their incompetence and total lack of customer service. Their customer “care” supervisor refused to listen, she was so intent on arguing with me, interrupting me and being flat out rude that I was never able to communicate my concern.
