One of the worst customer service experiences ever received. It’s been over 12 months that we’ve owned the vehicle and the aircon wasn’t working at time of sale. Part of the conditions of sale (in writing) was that the vehicle would have the aircon fixed. Feb 2025 the vehicle was taken back by the dealership to have the ad blue and aircon fixed under warranty. Dealing with Noah and the team couldn’t have been easier. Super accomodating and open communication. This is my first dealing with Noah but definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended
Had my Ranger in for a service, I was greeted by Michael lane, who provided welcoming and professional customer service, this went a long way for me as a new customer. Tha ks Michael. They sent updates thoughtout the service of extra items that needed attention and approval, thought this was great, I got my vehicle back knowing it was all good to go. Service was done in less time than expected, friendly professional service. Will be back .
Totally disgusted in the lack of interest to sell a car to us. No customer service or sale skills. We even paid a deposit to get a car from Noosa to caloundra to look at for purchase just to be told the next day that it hadn't been done as they didn't think we were going to buy it!!! Would not recommend buying from this mob.
What a fantastic experience! From the get go Noah was polite and easy to deal with! My 9th vehicle purchase and by far the best one yet. Ella from finance made things roll smoothly and we were in and done before we knew it. Highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle through the team @Caloundra Ford 👍
