Took my Ranger in for a service at Pacific Ford Caloundra. The staff from the driveway attendant through to the customer service staff and manager were quick, efficient, and very courteous. I had a report sent to me electronically and within a few hours I was back on the road. Barely had time to finish my complimentary coffee in the lounge. They even cleaned the car. I could not be happier. I recommend this place to anyone wanting great service.
Picked up my new Ford Ranger Raptor from Pacific Motor Group at Caloundra and honestly couldn’t be happier. Angus was awesome to deal with the whole way through super easygoing, helpful, and just made the whole process feel simple. Straight up good service. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I felt well looked after the entire time. Definitely recommend Pacific Motor Group Caloundra, and if you’re heading in, ask for Angus.
