Had my Ranger in for a service, I was greeted by Michael lane, who provided welcoming and professional customer service, this went a long way for me as a new customer. Tha ks Michael. They sent updates thoughtout the service of extra items that needed attention and approval, thought this was great, I got my vehicle back knowing it was all good to go. Service was done in less time than expected, friendly professional service. Will be back .
Totally disgusted in the lack of interest to sell a car to us. No customer service or sale skills. We even paid a deposit to get a car from Noosa to caloundra to look at for purchase just to be told the next day that it hadn't been done as they didn't think we were going to buy it!!! Would not recommend buying from this mob.
What a fantastic experience! From the get go Noah was polite and easy to deal with! My 9th vehicle purchase and by far the best one yet. Ford Caloundra were nothing other than professional and super accomodating. Special shoutout to Noah and Ella specifically, both lovely. Noah went out of his way to loan us a car while we waited for our new vehicle and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Ella was super helpful, friendly, efficient and made the whole finance side of things super easy, in fact easier than any other finance manager I have dealt with. We would highly recommend Ford Caloundra and cannot thank them enough!
