2.5hr service was delayed by 5hrs meaning I had to wait for a total of 7.5hrs. What a waste of a day! Update: Again a very short warranty service that has been booked in for weeks, that they tell me will take up to 2hrs - but I have to wait 6hrs because there are other jobs booked in. This place dreally doesn't care about how much time the customers have to waste. Look elsewhere if you can.
