Bought some parts from these guys for my Isuzu Ute for a job I planned to do. Unfortunately, I had an injury that meant I was unable to do the job for over a month while I recovered. Went to fit part and they provided the wrong part. Went to take back and was told it was outside their 30 days. Parts are still in box and wrapped, not the best as far as customer service.
Had the Ranger in for a service. Brittney was my service advisor. She was very efficient with my booking in. I had a warranty item i wanted checked out and she understood my issue and had the workshop check it out. The part will be replaced under warranty so very happy about that. I received my transit from Pacific Ford in Feb 2024. Although it was ordered nearly a year prior to that and promised it would arrive in 3 months, and then every month after that until it finally arrived. I love the van itself but wasn’t too pleased with the deception involved by the sales staff. We bought a car from Pacific Ford Maroochydore, and within 6 months of purchase 3 of the 4 tyres blew out. This is not only dangerous but completely unacceptable. We were shocked to learn that the tyres were of cheap quality and should not of been placed on a new $70,000 car. Selling a car with unsafe tyres is a serious safety issue and reflects either negligence or a complete lack of quality control.
