Well I won’t buy another vehicle from Pacific Ford Maroochydore. We went to the service department for someone to have a look at our steering wheel that had start to discolour and as it was a new car purchased from them 12 months ago. I thought they might care, but I was wrong. The girl sitting at a computer told us we had to make an appointment with the service manager and that would take a week or so. Ford Maroochydore is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. My 2017 mondeo broke down with a coolant issue for the second time in 9 months. First time cost over $2000, this time it’s over $3000. They refused to give me a loan vehicle so I had zero car over Xmas with 2 young children. The service manager said “it was not his problem”. When I then rang to find out when it would be ready they said 30-31st Dec. rang again on 31st and they said won’t be ready for another 3 days. I had an amazing experience when I bought my car from here. Gareth & Alistair were brilliant. However, the service dept is a complete polar opposite, and, going by past reviews, I can see a similar theme. Brit, who works in the service team, is a star. However, it's the workmanship, or lack thereof, that's extremely disappointing. I noticed a couple of minor things that were missed after my second service, even though they were stated in my invoice as been done.
