Pacific Ford Maroochydore have not fulfilled their obligations to have a glass defect professionally accessed as promised. Their service manager insisted that I pay for a replacement glass on my new Ford Ranger Platinum purchased late June 2025 after originally claiming that the defect was stone chip. What a joke. He then tried to change his original assessment and claim it was caused by road fallout and not a stone chip, but could not explain what fallout.
