I managed a lot of HOAs and this company was the single most reputable restoration company I have ever worked with. The owner is extremely responsive and never took advantage of a situation. The company has integrity and performed quality work. Highly recommend.

Pacific Flood was professional, responsive, and got the job done for us in a pinch. We discovered mold when redoing the floors in a newer home and Steve was there for us every step of the way. They were fairly priced and easy to work with. Highly recommend them if you need mold remediation.

Pacific Flood- a great company to work with! We had the unfortunate experience of a burst pipe in the master bathroom which flooded 3 rooms ( including closets) and 2 bathrooms!. We called Pacific Flood Restoration Services and spoke to the owner Steve Cox,. Steve and his team came out on Mothers Day and began the process of drying out the water damage!
