Not a great company will rip you off buyer beware. Ordered a discontinued elliptical they said they still had in stock per the online website. I called 3 days later on the status talked to a guy named Peter who said they no longer have that item but yet they charged my credit card. Now they won't return my calls or refund my money since he is the only one that can issue the refund but every time I call they say he just stepped out . Right! I guess that's why the FTC has laws and now is in the hands of my credit card company.
We have used Pacific Fitness to upgrade or install new fitness centers at our commercial properties in Washington and California. We have experienced the highest customer service and professionalism from the account managers (Melanie Boehm, Robin Rexroat), delivery and installation personnel as well as billing. There were many revisions and change requests on our end making the project complicated. Pacific Fitness handled everything with ease.
Great Products, super knowledgeable and the preventative maintenance agreement has products in tip top shape! Thank you guys!
