I had a fun class with Val, SFA was always a pretty dry class. But she made it entertaining and time flew by fast.
Attended my First Aid Instructor re-certification course on June 21, 2025. Total 8 students with instructor James. Lots of parking and good classroom layout. James conducted the course in a very friendly atmosphere inviting candidates to contribute their experience and opinions. All the first aid skills were taught and practice by students in turns. I took the Emergency First Aid blended course and had Val as an instructor. Val was really great!!!! They were very engaging and had high energy. I really liked how much hands-on participation was required because it helped me build up confidence for my knowledge. I felt really supported by Val and had a great experience. I had a great experience with Pacific First Aid. The staff Tao was very patient and took the time to clearly explain the different products. They guided me on what to buy based on my needs, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service!
