I called Pacific Financial and spoke with Alex Ortiz who did a phenomenal job getting us refinanced. Alex told me we would be finished and funded within one month and thought this would be impossible. But as he said, we began our refinance mid July and funded mid August. Everything went smooth. We had great customer service and their call back respond time was the best I've ever had. Great people to work with.
Alex, Ernest and Lisa were great to work with. A quick turn around and my loan was done! I appreciate everything they did for me!!
