Ive never felt this much regret spending $49 in my life. I simply asked for a copy of an invoice to be emailed to me and the front counter staff made zero effort to assist with such a simple request and very arrogant and rude. The manager Keith was very helpful in assisting with this request and got it to me within minutes of me asking. I will not be returning as a customer based off of my first experience. Absolute terrible way to start my day and finish off the work week.
Best store to buy real high quality stainless steel bolts and hardware way better than Home Depot in price and quality. Note that a minimum purchase of $10 is required
Stood there for like 10 min, started in line when there were people helping other customers ahead of me. They left, the employees left... stood there for another 5 to 10min, no one came back out. Went elsewhere.
Excellent store to find random and hard to find fasteners that most local shops don't carry in stock.
