Office manager Courtney is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a medical setting. I will no longer be going to this office because of her. Zero compassion, will talk over you, and no customer service skills. Most awful experience ever! Courtney, do better! You’re giving a great doctor a bad rap in a small community and now she’s losing patients because of YOU!

I love my Doctor Shannon Marsh and I love Denise the front desk receptionist! They always put me first and care about their patients!
I have left a voicemail at this office twice now. The voicemail goes to the receptionist apparently and I’ve asked for a return call whether they are accepting new patients or not and I am still waiting for a phone call back. Very unprofessional.
Cannot recommend Dr. Nairn and her staff enough. They are always so helpful and professional. Thank you!
