The doctors are great, but the clinic manager is terrible. She refused to admit fault when her staff made a mistake that is costing us thousands, and refuses to work with us on payments. We are willing to pay, but small payments aren't good enough. She has no customer service skills (basically called my hubby a liar and accused him of trying to weasel out of paying), refuses to acknowledge the mistake to prevent it from happening again, and is doing her level best to ruin our lives. Pacific Family Medicine doesn't take Medicare and Tricare because with these 2 insurances, they only get paid a certain amount per visit. They will only treat you for 1 thing per visit. If you have a few concerns, you have to make an appointment for each concern so this way they get paid a few office visits. They also won't do any additional tests until you are having problems because they don't get paid the full amount. You should have complete blood work done once a year.
