Dr nagwa Farag and main Receptionist. Rosa The best family practice. I have known her over 30years, and have found her to be professional, caring, best doctor I have ever attended. What a joke rude receptionist and always put on hold when trying to make appointments. 20 minutes of being on hold only for the line to go dead. Call back to only get the same treatment. The doctors are good if you can get passed the reception Don't bother with the practice, the receptionist is rude and they double booked your appointments and is you call to make an appointment they don't actually book it in. Dr Brenda Mary has looked after us now ,my Hubby and myself, for about 3 years now and she is professional, friendly, and thorough with all things we have had reason to see her about , especially my hubby's complex issues, the reception staff are great too always a smile and acknowledgement when we arrive , also the nurse is very attentive helpful and caring too, I would highly recommend Dr Mary and this practice to all my friends and family...
