My mom doesn’t have her Insurance card but she does have the medical record number to look up on the paperwork that she had. Her doctor forgot to tell her what time is her appointment so she came late than her appointment time. We’re sorry about it because prior going here she went to go to X-ray that makes her wait almost an hour. What makes us upset my mom is requiring to have an insurance card which she doesn’t have but just the medical record number. She been scolded for not having that card.
