Appointment service was excellent. We needed to change some future appointment times, and we're served very well by the clerk at the front desk. However, it seemed like there were too many patients scheduled for the day, as after the initial tests, we had to wait nearly an hour before we could see Dr. Ng. Also, there were so many patients waiting that there were not enough chairs/benches for everyone and some people had to stand while others had to wait outside the front office.
Friendly staff. Good doctor.
