I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Eye in Orcutt! I was visiting Santa Maria and realized I had left my contact lenses in Los Angeles—total panic moment. But the staff here were incredible. Within minutes, they had me set up with new contacts and saved my entire trip. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find service this fast and friendly. Huge thanks to the team at Pacific Eye—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

The staff at this office were unwilling to help me get the results from my digital retinal imaging. After radio silence regarding the results after 24 hours I called the office and was rudely told the doctor has 72 hours before he has to get back to me ... never heard of that law. They also blamed me for the delay saying I should have had my eyes dialated (not an option as I'm dealing with balance issues). I can understand delays, however rude behavior to a patient is unnecessary. I will not be returning to this office.
