I have been trying to speak to them for over 24 hours because their refill through kaiser is incorrect. finally after the 5th call i got through. Their automated assistant is awful. There return call process if you choose for a call back, when you finally get a calll back on the other end no one responds or the automated system kicks in. This is horrible service just to get my refill corrected i spoke to supervisor Illianna who wasnt assuring and just bamed automated system for this horrible service
You have to wait, for hours , before you can see the doctor, and then when you are with the doctor the exam takes less than two minutes .
Waiting long time even you have appointments, they don’t care 🥲
