I've worn glasses for 30+ years, and have had many (many) different eye doctors, both privately owned & corporate. This has to be the best experience I've had since the 90s. Appointments are readily available, front desk staff is attentive & friendly. The appointments are fluid: first tech does the diagnostics, and then the doctor sees you, then the sales person takes care of either your glasses or contacts lens order. I did not have a good experience. The Dr. Completed the exam in less than 10 minutes. I took the prescription to get filled and the glasses were horrible. I couldnt see distance out of them. I went back in to have the eyeglass side look at them and they did not complete the paper work the Dr. Needed to recheck my prescription. They wanted me to go back in again to the eyeglass side so the paperwork could get completed. I had paperwork they handed me. The Dr. Would not accept it. They are not accomodating to elderly.
Saw Dr. Richardson for glasses and contacts. The contacts that i paid $50 for the lens fitting fee, was based on my insurance…And because I am blind in one eye, he said he would give me 20 trial single lenses. Which I said I would be using 1 per week instead of glasses. He said that would last me for at least 4 months…He also said if I needed more after that, he could prob just give me another 20 trials before the end of the year. Matthew Richardson was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his work, very friendly and professional! I will definitely be coming back and recommending him to others.
