I was a new patient and finally got in. After receiving several notifications previous to my appointment to come in early and not be late I arrived 15 minuets early as directed. After a cumbersome new patient entry I was seated in the sparsely occupied waiting room. After 45 mins of waiting I still had not been brought back. How can a medical office make numerous notifications for me to be on time and not be late and then they are late??? I would be careful insisting on your customers be on time if you can’t!
