I started a small coffee shop about a year ago. I bought a "demo" machine at Pacific Espresso and from what the sales manager said it had only been used in their show room. When the guy came to install it he left it leaking on my new counter and ruined it. Then at least once a month there was a different person coming to fix it. Finally I decided to have another company fix it and when they opened up the boiler it looked as if it was found in a junkyard and sold to me.
