Stay far away from this community bank. Loans are a nightmare and the EVP Tobias requested data that then changed then ghosted us during the loan process. For example, he asked for my personal drivers license which was sent but then decided that he needed the back side too? We were then passed off to Sam the Senior Credit Analyst who communicated but asked for new docs that had already been sent to delay the process.
