First, I obtained their services to buy a NEW crate engine and have them install it. Second, it took approximately 4 months just to do the entire job. Way under staffed. Third, instead of installing the new engine that I paid for they chose a poorly rebuilt one that only lasted 60,000 miles. Forth, RUN, RUN and RUN far from this dishonest company. Fifth, terrible products.
You cannot do better than to buy a used replacement engine with installation here. The no frills appearance of the facities hides a first rate outfit. Both in price and performance of their responsibilities they are excellent. I have purchased and driven their engines and transmissions for nearly 1,000,000 miles. I always follow their recommendations and to date have had no problems....
