This review is overdue, but we've now had our system installed for about 10 months, and we could not be happier. Everyone from Brian to the office staff to the installers were prompt, polite and professional. The installation was fast and it everything looks clean. The system works exactly as advertised, and it recently saved us during a major storm. While everyone around us had their power out for 2-3 days, our service was totally uninterrupted. Great experience with Pacific Energy! Brian, our solar rep, was awesome—very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always took the time to answer our questions. Mae Anne in the office was also great and super helpful with scheduling and paperwork. The installers and electrician did an excellent job.
