I wish I could be nicer... I swapped service to a competitor at 75 cents less per gallon...do the math. The best they'd offer was a 40 cent cut...nope. So, when they retrieved their tank they moved my new tank and took the blocks, leaving the new tank in the dirt on the hose... There is a pallet of new blocks for replacement, so he didn't have to get mine. What an immature way to say goodbye.
If you are a large business who sells propane, then you may do very well if you get your product through Pacific Energy Group. However, if you are a private party, please do not use PEG for your propane needs unless you enjoy running out of propane and being very cold in the winter. I rented a 120 gallon tank from PEG and was told that I would be on a “keep full” plan. In other words, every two weeks when they deliver to Space Age truck stop, they were to stop by my place and top off my tank. Of course, we ran completely out... read more
