I called Pacific Energy Electric today for the first time at 1:30 PM. They were recommended to me by the community where I live. Doug, the owner, answered the phone. He listened to what I said my problem was and said he would have Luke, his technician, come at around 3:30 PM. Luke arrived promptly at 3:30 and assessed the problem. He said one of my kitchen outlets needed to be replaced. He needed to move the refrigerator in order to do it. When he was done, he vacuumed everything up and left the area sparkling clean. I highly recommend Pacific Energy Electric for all your electrical needs. I just moved into a 36 year old house that needed numerous electrical upgrades and a new plug for my electric dryer. Doug and his associate Luke were both very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Doug and his team do amazing work. They fixed a handyman’s work that was done incorrectly and ensured that we were happy with the install. They’ve gained a lifelong customer.
We were having power surges throughout our house in different locations. It was scary because we didn't know if this could cause a fire. Doug said he would immediately send someone over to the house. We couldn't have had better electricians than Luke and Brayden. They could not find anything in our house that would be causing the problem and told us to call SCE.
