Hired them to upgrade the lighting in our warehouse after a sales pitch told us the project cost would be offest by the savings in electrical usage. The project completed and we have not seen the promised drop in kwH usage to our electrical bill. Now we are stuck with the large bill to pay for the project and the electric bill. When asking for PEC's help, to pause bill collection till PEC investigates the issue, they just refered us ot the finance company, basically it's not their problem.
Once the project got started, the installation went with out a hitch. We had our entire warehouse changed to LED lighting, inside and out. The difference is amazing!
