Bought an electrical expensive fireplace for our new house ! Makes disturbing noise ! Calling the owner since September 10 th when it was installed! Disregarding my complaints - told me to call manufacturer !….. don’t get close to this place - owner does not stand behind his Bussines!!!!! Rude and ridiculous- it was a defective product and I have no reason to start looking for service ! Buyers be aware !!!!! Go somewhere else !
I called in to order a valve for a gas fireplace that I was working on. The man who helped me (Stephen) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me very sophisticated information and techniques in order to help me troubleshoot. I thought this was very professional. If the rest of the company is like Stephen, then I would very much like to business with them for my other fireplace needs! I felt compelled to write a review since Stephen went above and beyond normal service.
They installed my off grid system 4 years ago and I love not having to deal with P.G.&E.
