If only zero stars were possible. After purchasing four SMA inverters at retail price, installing and commissioning them at our clients locations and then to have them fail. Turns out they were all refurbished. SMA refuses to help because, well, they were all refurbished. PEA is a horrible unresponsive company that takes advantage of their customers. Period
Greg / Pacific Energy Alternatives is the best vendor to work with. Responsive, fulfills orders in a timely manner, ships same day, provides tracking without having to request it.
