We were away in end of April to early May 2023. The alarm was triggered on a Friday afternoon and our neighbor helped us called the company to figure out how to silence the alarm. The company said no one can help because the technician has gone home, we will have to wait until Sat morning. We then told our neighbor to shut off the main power in the house to silence the alarm. We did not bother to call the company again because when we had the need, they were not there.
