Very unprofessional. I have booked an appointment for my wide, debbie on 3 different occasions across an entire year and each time my appointment gets canceled. Now the 4th time I get a message the DAY BEFORE cancelling yet again. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never try again. My wife has missed 4 days of work for absolutely nothing. Has 0 care about other peoples time. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Don’t open a business if you don’t have time for it!

I have been struggling with getting rid of hair for decades! I have never been able to get a handle on it until I met Jess. Let me tell you, within a very short time, she got it under control. I couldn't believe it! She is amazing, has a very soft touch and I am so sensitive, and she is always happy. If you are struggling with this embarrassing situation, go see Jess. She will CHANGE YOUR LIFE and I know because she changed mine and I am so grateful!
