Had Jacob come out to install a 240V receptacle in the garage. He did a great job running the conduit but the next day we ran into grounding issues. They sent another tech out who adjusted some things but we were still having grounding issues. They’ve been very communicative with us to get this resolved!
I would not consider the quality of work completed on my property to be professional and I would not recommend PEC to anyone. Randy was the technician assigned to my project, the install of a new 3 phase service. Not only did I communicate from day one the time urgency of my project, I was reassured by both Randy and Jason of the simplicity and short time requirement to complete the project. He not only answered my question thoroughly but described the what, how and especially the why of my technical question on attic electrical cord length codes and UL listings for manufacturers. Today I had ERIC ELECTRICIAN came out to fix an electrical problem I couldn’t figure it out. This was the second time I had this company came out to find and fix, and ERIC WAS awesome and found out the electrical issue and fixed it. Last electrician was JOSH CAME out for service call prior WAS AWESOME WORKER too. I notified THE SERVICE MANAGER JASON, told him JOSH AND ERIC BOTH GREAT WORKERS AND WERE VERY PATIENT AND KIND. I will be calling out this guys to fix any electrical work if needed again.
