The unassuming plain storefront of Pacific Eatery hides a culinary treasure inside. We had the "dry mixed sliced beef". It's under under the appetizer section but tastes like a main entree. It wasn't dry, just not sitting in a sauce/gravy. Ordered the "dry pot tofu" too. The tofu was moist and plump, tossed in a savory slightly sweet sauce. 中華湖南料理を食べに行くつもりで行くと満足出来ますが、アメリカンチャイニーズ料理を期待したらハズレます。 とても一つのポーションが多いので少人数だとかなりの量を持ち帰りになります。 味付けはかなり濃い方だと思いました。
