I had a problem with my Vanity. The bottom draw was compressed wood and was destroyed from a leak. I showed up at Pacific Dynamics with my destroyed draw. Tito Napa looked at the draw and I said could he make a new one. He told me in about a week it would be done. I got the draw in 3 days and brought it home. Had a problem with putting it in and He came over and found that my shelf was the problem. He tore that out and replaced it. This person went above and beyond to make me feel satisfied.
