The lady that took my blood was really nice and had no issues. Place was clean and no wait time, BUT front desk told me she didn’t know what insurance would cover, but it would likely not be more than 100-200$. She could not give me any price info AT ALL. Then I got a bill in the mail for $579. totally understand that I need to consult with my insurance to determine coverage, but the price transparency through PDL should be better.
