Friendly and very efficient
I love this lab- friendly and efficient and like making appointments with no wait. I’m so upset that my insurance won’t let me go here anymore. It’s the best lab here.
Awful service. They submitted my insurance claims without my insurance information, which I gave them. Really. Now I am cleaning up their mistake directly with two different lab corporations. Also cannot find a direct phone number for someone responsible at Pacific Diagnostics. I would not recommend them.

We went to this lab today (07/11/23) for my mom's bloodwork. Looks like only one person is working in the lab. After waiting for 90 minutes finally, our turn came in and she wasn't able to find my mom's blood veins. After waiting for almost 2 hours she told us to take her to a different facility to get her blood work done as she could not find her vein. Really???????? She was fasting for more than 16 hours by now and you're telling me to take her to the other facility just because you can't do that!!!!! Or come another day s... read more
