OMG! My husband waited in the phone line for 40 minutes to talk to their accounting dept for billing questions. He was first in the line. We like the lab technicians BUT NOT THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT. 40+ minutes for the first in line? You must kidding me. It's not acceptable to waste your customers' time.
