Fastest service ever
I’ve been to all of the labs in the area, and this one in particular has always been the best. I just took my highly anxious teen here for her second blood draw and the phlebotomist was phenomenal. She made her feel so at ease, and even though my daughter shed a few tears, she didn’t make her feel embarrassed. We will always drive to this location for this kind of care.
I would easily give PDL a five star review except for their patient intake and management. My draw was easy and the reults posted quickly on MyChart. I can track results back to 2019. But...I arrived at the posted opening time. The first door you come to when you enter from Murray Ave. is marked as the handicapped accessible door. There are paddles to operate the door.
