Maybe I'm just lucky but I've had nothing but positive experiences with this PDL location. Parking is super close and easy which is not the case at many of their other locations. It's a smaller lab so it can feel crowded with just a few folks waiting but I'll take that over the hassle of the very busy SB and Goleta locations. The staff have always been polite and efficient.
