They forgot to do some of the blood work on the paper work, two times in a row. They didn’t take the time to look at the paper work. I had to go back again and get it redone 3 times. What the heck!
The people here are VERY nice. It is usually busy so you can plan on a bit of a wait, but once they take you for your testing it goes very fast. Just make sure you have a order from you doctor for the tests.
I've used Pacific Diagnostic Labs for years, (apparently owned by Cottage Hospital). Sometimes Pac Diagnostics Labs sends out tests to a third party called labcorp. This year I started receiving bills from labcorp, which is a nightmare. (For that story I will post a review for labcorp separately). SO, because Pac Diagnostics Lab is sending stuff out to this other, frustrating lab, I shall now start going to a local competitor of Pac Diagnostics Labs. Bye.
Only office open on a Saturday. And yet it feels like they've only got 2 people drawing blood. Been sitting here waiting 30 min and they've only called back 3 people in that time. What are they doing back there?
Always friendly staff. In and out with minimal waiting. Modern facility.
