Extremely frustrating experience. I came in as a walk-in right when they opened and waited 44 minutes, only to be told that because of my insurance I needed to make an appointment and come back the next day. I did exactly that, including fasting for a second evening, then waited another 20 minutes at my appointment only to be told they don’t even accept my insurance. Best Lab in Ventura. Best Staff. They're very helpful and professional.
They forgot to do some of the blood work on the paper work, two times in a row. They didn’t take the time to look at the paper work. I had to go back again and get it redone 3 times. What the heck!
The people here are VERY nice. It is usually busy so you can plan on a bit of a wait, but once they take you for your testing it goes very fast. Just make sure you have a order from you doctor for the tests.
