I have brought my mom there many times over the years at the Hollister location and the service has always been quick and profesional. I recently had some tests done at Pesetas location and the wait time was very quick and the staff is very kind and caring. I even had some additional tests and they said I could walk right in without an appointment and it only took less than 20 minutes.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. The front staff is friendly but the waiting period is absolutely ridiculous. My mother just needed non fasting labs drawn & we waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes closer to 1 hour. I understand they take appointments first but the blood draw doesn't take too long. We drove to a different location nearby & my mom got called in within 7 minutes after checking in.. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!

I had to go and provide blood for a standing doctor appointment I have every year. I haven't been in a long while, and in many ways I'm grateful. The Lab does all kinds of tests here, but let's be honest, no one truly likes the blood draws. No one likes being stuck with a needle, sometimes more than once. Today, was no different. My vains are difficult to find, but Cynthia did a great job drawing my blood. She is a very patient and kind professional, I barely felt the needle.
