I had to go and provide blood for a standing doctor appointment I have every year. I haven't been in a long while, and in many ways I'm grateful. The Lab does all kinds of tests here, but let's be honest, no one truly likes the blood draws. No one likes being stuck with a needle, sometimes more than once. Today, was no different. My vains are difficult to find, but Cynthia did a great job drawing my blood. She is a very patient and kind professional, I barely felt the needle.

I was here in November and I got to say they provided me great service. And I paid in cash. A month after…I received a bill from them, even though I paid everything in cash right away. I called them and they said it was their mistake and I don’t own them anything. Two weeks later….i received another bill for the same amount…. WHAT IS GOIGN ON WITH YOUR BILLING SYSTEM GUYS???? Why do I have to spend time on the phone solving the issue you caused??

Don't bother coming to this specific location. After a full week of trying to have my bloodwork done, I've finally just asked them to give me the information of their other buildings. As of 1/16/25 @ 2:26pm they do not take calls after 2pm. Their phone log closes down for the day and they will end any calls made prior to that. I have attempted to call at both 2pm, 1:55, and 1:50 because I get off work at 2. Each of those times I am placed on a hold to be hung up on.
